From the 2020 Blackmilk Pokemon collection, this is a DISCONTINUED Limited Edition mid calf length dress with velvet Mews. I wore it once and then kept it in my closet ever since! I come from a extremely clean home with no pets and no smoking. My photos make it look darker than the two stock images, but it really is as neon pink vibrant as the stock photos.
