Here we have two windmills, one is complete with the bast from the 90's and the other is missing its base that was released around the 2000's. The 90's windmill is in ok condition and has many paint chips and scratches; shows its wear. The baseless windmill is in better condition and doesn't have too many paint chips and scratches.
