This item I’m not too sure what it is, but I used it to place a plant in there I use a plastic plant pot, and I placed it in there and the outcome with the plant inside was very elegant…it can be an inside or outside decor it’s made of metal it’s a little heavy and it has pretty designs, but you can use it for whatever you would like to use it for, if you are interested in this item, please message me or if you would like to negotiate the price we can do that as well, thank you and have a fabulous day…oh ya the measurements are on the photos.
