Tait Henson was among the first artists to work with Irene Dash. These cards are from her Jubilee collection in the 60s and feature biblical scenes in her extremely whimsical style with many detailed elements and deeply colored.Irene Dash was the daughter of the founder of the American Artists Group, the original American Artist focused greeting card company. As soon as she was old enough, in 1943 this branch was created and featured a roster of very prominent artists of the time.These cards were displayed in portfolios in department and card shops to be purchased and many have been framed to be a part of some gorgeous collections.Dimensions :These cards are standard 6.25 × 7.5Condition : Cards are monogrammed with no additional markings. Images are bright and clear. Corners of cards have some bumps, generally exceptional for 60 year old cards!
